Photos and generated videos

Outstanding Tiny Desk sends the photos you choose to Kie and its video-processing providers to create your requested clip. Uploaded photo bytes are not saved in this app’s database. Kie’s temporary upload service and processing providers apply their own retention policies; we do not promise immediate deletion or that every processing provider has the same policy.

We store the account owner, task identifier, status, generation settings and credit reservation so you can reopen your recent takes. Completed character edits are downloaded from the processing service, combined with the reference audio and stored on the app’s server. They are served only to the signed-in task owner. Keep a downloaded copy of anything you want to retain. We do not publish a public gallery of your uploads or results.

Accounts and cookies

Your name, email address and session cookies support sign-in and access to your videos. Password authentication is handled by the account system; do not share your password. Credit transaction records support balance and failed-generation reconciliation.

Sharing and choices

Only upload photos you have permission to use. Photos are shared with the processing services needed to fulfil your request. We do not sell your uploaded photos. Clear a photo from the upload picker before submitting if you do not want it processed. After submission, contact the site owner through the signed-in support area for account or data requests; upstream retention may limit immediate removal.

Analytics and service configuration

Analytics and customer support integrations may be enabled by the site owner. Essential session cookies are used for authentication. Stripe processes payments when checkout is enabled. We store order references, payment status, amounts and purchased credits; card details are entered on Stripe checkout and are not stored by this app. This policy should be reviewed when production hosting, operator contact information and processing agreements are finalized.
